Why is this so hard to understand?

Perhaps you should consider redirecting your ire towards the businesses who figured they could save money by exploiting those migrant workers in the first place.

I agree with JakkFrost, we should go after both the businesses and the Illegal Aliens. E-verify should be mandatory for all business and stiff fines if they caught hiring illegals.

However, demanding E-verify would it make more important to stop illegals from entering the county. If they can't get jobs, now you have a bigger humanitarian issue and we don't need more homeless and more welfare.

Or we could do as Mexico does :

1. ANY citizen can place ANY suspected illegal immigrant under arrest.

2. If the citizen is wrong, they CANNOT be prosecuted for the false arrest.

3. Illegal immigration into Mexico is a felony.

Also, if we taxed all monies being wired out of the USA to any country south of our borders at a 75% rate, the profit motive evaporates and illegal immigration stops the next day.

Truly, it is possible to force Mexico and other countries to pay for the border wall. We simply lack the will to do so.

If only Mexico could focus on running their country better.

Or, y'know, go after both the businesses AND the illegal immigrants, like Obama did.
