I give Obama full credit. He filled the FBI and CIA and the courts with his minions like a champ. Trump is no where near effective but he is getting more conservative judges in there.

a judge who pushes a conservative,or liberal "agenda" is a corrupt judge pushing political agendas over the law.

Antonin scalia was the deciding judge on 2009's "citizens united" and was almost singlehandedly responsible for hammering the last nail in this republics coffin.essentially handing over this republic to the oligarchs.
