congress is perfectly fine abdicating it's responsibility in regards to military warfare.they simply rubber stamp any and all military expenditures.their kids aren't going to die in "regime change" wars and bombing brown people for "American interests" a.k.a: American corporations.
the minute..
the very second THEY and their families will be asked to sacrifice one of their children,or grandchildren,is the day those engagements begin to dwindle.
so this is a good idea.
