It's like that here in the US if you take away all the gun free areas like Chicago, LA, and Detroit. Not to mention the inner cities. Good people with guns aren't the problem and neither are guns themselves. It's the bad people with mental problems that are the problem.

I am actually even inclined to Agree a little. If Guns caused Gun crime Switzerland would be cesspit of crime. Its obviously got something to do with the failed American reform sytem, the broken code of laws, the lack of proper dederal regulation and so on. I mean it sure as hell is putting feul on the fire, but not a cause of gun violence

Lowest gun rates in the World. Highest in the modern western industrialized world. Inless you feel a comparison between the USA and Syria is fair. It would be like an adult beating a toddler and being proud of it.

Well yeah, but the Swiss also have a lot of regulation and shit. Its definetly more strict than America, but at the same time everyone and their mothers has a gun in Switzerland. So maybe look at what the swiss are doing a bit.

A family member with a clean record will purchase the gun and give it to the criminal.
we go easy on all criminals in the usa.
Guy i knew got 80 yrs for armed bank robbery, he was released in abt 16yrs and went on to kill a poor woman at a hosp. He would have done more had the dr had a gun.
The pos should have never been released early, he even said so.
we have a court and political problem in the USA and we coddle criminals too much..
we have a Prison reform problem too.
Too many ppl in prison go in and come out worse.

My own Family member wrote a book on it called "Black Boy Lost" about it too.

What new law would stop people from breaking these laws. I know a law that makes it illegal to break the law!

laws are only for honest ppl. the only way to stop repeat criminals from getting guns is keep them in jail where they belong and quit letting them out early. The "straw purchaser' should also spend a long time in jail too.

And as a Pro Gun Advocate (see my screen name) That is what the NRA and sensible gun owners have been saying all along.

We just don't see more stupid laws that infringe on my rights and that criminals will break are not an answer.

Most* of them do as they are told..They also do not let criminals off easy like they do in the USA.
In the USA we have a thing called "Multiple repeat offenders"
These ppl do many crimes and the courts let them go only to do more crime , over and over again.
