Dr Evil Laser Meme | "ISRAEL VISIT" | image tagged in memes,dr evil laser | made w/ Imgflip meme maker
Israel visit was a pretense anyway - to have the American tax payer bear the costs for their palestine flying visit.
Which would otherwise not be funded since the US does not recognize the State of Palestine and therefore officially maintains no diplomatic exchanges nor consular services with Palestine.
Very odd how that trip and traveling expenses had been authorized at all in the first place.

And she would likely have to pay out of her own pockets for a trip that could not include boycott activity. So there’s that...

She's now insisting that she won't go under the "oppressive conditions" set by Israel. Pssst...hey lady, it's their country, they can do want they want. While I can understand her not wanting to agree to conditions, you can hardly blame Israel for not wanting her trip to become politically damaging for them. They don't have to allow anyone to come in to visit family, stir up political issues and go home without any cost. First term lawmakers shouldn't be allowed to travel internationally in an official capacity anyway.

the thing is:
in response to that letter Israel showed goodwill on a humanitarian basis and approved her request.
She was allowed to enter Israel in order to visit her "dying granny".

guess what? she declined.

You basically summed up in 4 pictures what would've been an overly long Satire article from Daily Wire.

Shouldn't everyone have the right to go wherever they wish, unless they are dangerous two National security? (Which to American Congresswomen are not)

Nope. Unlike the EU, every other country is free to self determination and to pass whatever laws they feel necessary.

Article one of the Treaty on the European Union states that the aim of the EU is “creating an ever closer union among the peoples of Europe, in which decisions are taken as openly as possible and as closely as possible to the citizen.” To that extent, it recognizes democratic rights to EU citizens, on the principle that every citizen shall have the right to participate in the democratic life of the Union” (art. 10 § 3) and to that end specifies that “in all its activities, the Union shall observe the principle of the equality of its citizens” (art. 10 § 1). Among EU citizen’s right, the right to be “represented in the European Council by their Heads of State or Government and in the Council by their governments, themselves democratically accountable either to their national Parliaments, or to their citizens.” (art. 10 § 2). This later right is however only recognized to Member States, depriving the citizens of European peoples, which are not fully recognized as European States, the right to fully benefit from their democratic rights as guaranteed by the Treaties. We thus argue that for Nations without a State in Europe (i.e. Catalans or Scots), the EU shall provide a proper way for these citizens constituted as European peoples (as recognized in art. 1 of the TEU), to fully participate to the EU project by becoming member States through an internal enlargement process. The paper makes suggestions on how such process should be implemented within the EU, based on precedent realizations of the right of self-determination within a polity.

Unlike America, Not all of Europe doesn't hate refugees, but Like Americans a lot of people do. The EU couldn't force and still can't force member states to accept refugees (Illegal Immigrants is the wrong word to use as they only become that if they illegally stay in a country, not seek Asylum in it), a big reason why Sea-Rescue ships find it hard to find Harbors to safely unload refugees they saved at sea, Nationalist Governments, like that of Italy, Salvini, refuse to grant such rescue Ships harbor, because dem Refugeez. In fact he even recently forbade an Italian Patrol Ship from seeking Harbor in Italy because they had saved a few Dozen refugees at Sea.

Anyway, point is some countries, mostly East European, or Ex-Soviets, don't want Refugees because they fear an Increase of 0.1% of the Foreigners living in Europe is bad. The EU is litarally forbidden from forcing memeber sates to-

A f**k it. You hate the EU, because dem Libs or dem European High Court that stops the good Conservative east Europeans from regressing into a Dictatorship. There is nothing I can realistically say to change your mind.
