I used to, several years ago when i lived in an area that i could have them but i'm in a subdivision now...next time i move will not be anywhere near an HOA, i can't stand it. We had a couple of Olive Egger's, they laid green eggs, pretty cool! the joke was always going back to Dr. Seuss, green eggs and ham, lol.

I did know a guy with an African Gray parrot. He also had cats. The one cat that made the mistake of trying to get the bird now gets ridiculed whenever it walks into the room where the bird is. It starts meowing at him. (I was there and heard it for myself. The cat suddenly got stiff and it's tail twitched wildly and the bird kept it up until he left the room.)

A lady in my old church used to have one named "Sweet Chick" when I was a kid. It was the creepiest yet most fascinating thing I'd ever seen. He'd let me pet him, too! Although I was a bit scared when it climbed to the floor and started following me once.

Thats a cockatoo they're funny.
I've heard haveing one of them is comparable to a 2 year old kid
