Feminism in the entertainment industry is ruining movies, t.v. series and franchises.

Best part of all, the women in the new movies to 'overturn' the 'issue' aren't even strong women at all..

These modern female characters are the equivalent to calling me the world's greatest boxer because my opponents always inexplicably have to forfeit the match and I just casually walk through the ranks to the world championship with no effort, training or complications of any kind..

Absolute Mary Sue characters.

I noticed that there is very little to no character development. You're right many of these characters effortlessly become magnificent without any training or prior experience. I was very hyped about pepper Potts "Rescue" character but Marvel (Disney) just threw her in at the last minute and she was instantly a professional pilot of her Iron suit and had no qualms about going into the harshness of battle were killing and the potential of being killed is a high potential. Atleast with the first Ironman they showed the natural progression of how Tony Stark had to actually learn how to properly operate his suit.
And with Star Wars it took Rey about two minutes to become a Jedi samurai master. Lazy writing or just feminism trying to assert that women are god like and far more capable than any man? hhmm...

Believe it or not, no. I have been using this tag name for years. I'm an old gamer and my wife's sister gave me the name because I am (was) a big gears of war fan. And just in case anybody is looking to make the correlation between me being a gamer and the anti-feminist meme, I feel I have to state: No I do not live in my mom's basement..lol. I'm a homeowner, my vehicle is paid in full and I'm not desperate nor am I single.
I'm 41 yrs old and I never worked on cars. I never even changed a tire but just recently I looked up on you tube how to do some fairly major repairs on my vehicle and I accomplished the repair without a problem.

Batwomen and Fem Gohstbusters are crap. Never heard of Crouching Tiger or Her movies or Extermites.

Anyway point is that thats still not a lot compared to the gazillion Movies without them

Crouching Tiger is aka Michelle Yeoh, arguably China's most famous female martial arts movie star, and quite well known in the western world as well. You would probably recognize her from Star Trek Discovery (aka STD).

"Extremities" I think is Farrah Fawcett, and "Her" I believe is Angela Bassett. I could be wrong on both though, a little hard to tell.

Didn't knkw that about crouching tiger. But STD is still crap in my opinion, no matter how much season 2 is supposed to have beend better.

Crouching tiger hidden dragon is a quality made martial arts action flick if you can get past all the unrealistic flying none sense. Fighting choreography was great though!

Extremities is a movie that should be revered by feminists because it's about a women (farrah fawcett) that becomes a victim of a serial killer rapist for which she ultimately ends up turning the tables on him. She eventually fights him hard enough to turn the tables on him both physically and mentally which ends up revealing how much of a pathetic, cowardly, bubbling baby he is. Unlike movies that unrealistically portray woman kicking as with ease like in the movie "enough" (Jennifer Lopez). Extremities had a wonderful balance between strength and weakness in the star characters and it let you experience her transition from victim to Alpha female status for the sake of survival. And it accomplishes all of this without having a feminist or man-hating agenda.

The Angela Bassett picture is from the movie "strange days". It was a decent movie. Even though Angela Bassett co-starred in it along side her male counterpart (Ralph Fiennes) for who played the main central character. Despite her co-star role in it, her character role out shined his. She was basically the Kato to his green hornet. I would be hard pressed to find any movie that Angela Bassett was in where she played a "weak" and unmemorable character.
