If "He" means Donald Trump, then I will NEVER EVER again take any statement YOU make seriously. Most of what Trump said about ANY subject is a lie, and if not a lie, only half the facts, so people would make the wrong assumptions, which is in my book even worse.
Now "Go back to your own country" which is what he was branded racist for in the case of Omar, holds neither truth nor lies, meaning that you now told me half the facts, so that's why I needed to make the fact full. He told her this solely because she's both Muslim, black and born outside of the U.S. but not based on the content of her statement, and yes that is islamophic, racist and immigrant-phobic, which are 3 forms of discrimmination in one go, and I wouldn't be surprised if in Trump's case sexism can be added as the 4th form. Now if Omar openly hates Jews is irrelevant when it comes to judging racist remarks from his side. Omar's faults do not justify other people's faults and goes for Trump as well. Now all I could find about Omar in relation to Jews is that she criticized Israel for several things, well and Jewish state or not, but Israel has some issues that are not right, and addressing those is not hating Jews... Jews are humans too know know so they do have faults, just like Muslims, Buddhists and Christians. Could you directly link me to things she did or said that are antisemitic? I already follow tons of news, but I don't have time to follow each and every politician, as I also keep track of politics in other countries than just the USA, you know.
Fact remains, whether Omar is a antisemitic or not, does not change the fact that Trump's remark was racist. The meme in my previous post refers to the "His sins do not justify your own" quote from Game of Thrones (said to Cercei in relation to her former husband).
Addressing errors of somebody is not the same as hating them or discriminating them. Solely criticizing them (or trying to 'lock them out') on their location of birth, skin color, gender or religion and ignoring what they actually do or say, is discrimination! Clear case... I can't help it.
