Thankfully, no, but I know I'm one of the more fortunate ones.
While I haven't officially revealed myself as a conservative to my mostly very liberal colleagues (I work in a uni), I get the feeling I would know what kind of ribbing - at best - I could get if I did.
I did a bit of a daily display at my job one February for Black History Month, and for fun, I picked a set that was mostly conservative black people in history. I never pointed out their political leanings, just their accomplishments.
One person in particular was Ben Carson. A professor (who eventually transferred to another department within the college) saw it and groaned. He's normally pretty cool, so I asked him what was up, like I couldn't figure it out. He said, "Ben Carson? Really?" I told him to think about his astounding medical achievements rather than his political standing. He said somewhat jokingly, "I guess so, but no more Ben Carson's up there!" I just smiled.
Come to think of it, I think I also had Clarence Thomas up there, too, and he gave me a bit of a hard time for it, due to Thomas's stance on Affirmative Action.
Sorry for the long reply.
