you can find a list of the most popular streams here. streams show up on this list if they are set to "publicly listed" and if they have a minimum number of followers and recent activity

As far as viewing them all, in reality there are probably dozens if not 100's of streams users have created and never used so it would be pointless seeing all but the most followed? Maybe there should be a new stream page where streams that have been created in the past 30 days show up.

For various reasons, there's no complete list. New streams get created fairly frequently, old streams get deleted occasionally.

They used to be called meme streams because only images made with the Meme Generator could be posted. Streams started supporting gifs, demotivationals and charts October 2018

I started to follow some of those, but then realized that no ones posted for 3 or 4 years. I only want to follow streams that have recent postings (say, < 1 year).

I think most users want to be where the action is, which is understandable. I like to sort by Latest :)

Personally, I also like the Imgflip history found in those older streams, stuff some users might never see otherwise.
