If you had any decent understanding you would know that this meme caption wasn't ment literally but is ironic. I do not question who supplied that specific missile that hit the drone or gave missile technique to Iran. Anyone who can read between the lines will realize that this meme is a knock at the terrible Iran deal that was made under the Obama administration as well as the last minute $150 billion transfer to Iran by Obama right before Trumps inauguration.

Aware that Trump wanted to cut & re-negotiate the horrible Obama Iran deal, one of Hussein's last actions was transfering those assets to Iran just days ahead of Trump taking office - thus considerabely weakening the bargaining position of any new US administration.
The only lever left by now is sanctions and the lives of American soldiers.
