Honestly, people are quite frustrated with her because they feel she and the rulling coalition is living in a fairy land and their voices aren't being hear nor accted upon. That and the wave of Student/Pupil Demonstrations for a Greener Germany/Europe has been putting alot of focus on Climate Politics and the lack of thereof. Another reason why the Greens won so hard in the EU elections
