After reading that exchange between you two...I wouldn't consider that conversation harassment. That's nothing dude...but if you feel the need to report him you can do so using the "Feedback" button to the left of the screen...But I can tell you this...I've had to deal with far worse than that and unless they start stalking you and attacking you personally, there's not much the Mods are gonna do about it.
