On the whole, I'd still take Reagan over any president who has followed him.

The presidents that followed him only made things worse from Reagans example. Especially Bill Clinton, the Prison Kingpin.

Anyone who really thinks Democrats have a vested interest in truly making Trump suffer consequences for whatever is deluded. He's just the latest in strengthening the position and centralizing power in the US, and that is something they, like their Republican partners, are all for.
