What did they do to interfere? Stuff the ballot box? Rig the machines? Put guns to peoples head and forced them to vote for Trump? Still looking for answers on what people feel was they way they interfered.

releasing damaging info in Wikileaks doesn't change the vote totals.

If you base your vote on what you see in ads on facebook, you shouldn't be voting in the first place. If the information was damaging to their candidate, then maybe, it's not a bad thing to be leaked.

Most of the targeting was targeted to people to vote for Trump and get them out to the polls. Some of the targetting was to seed doubt in the minds of Clinton supporters so they would stay home and not vote.

That's still only 2%, and of a much smaller group. Still hardly enormous. Clinton lost her own election. I do think the russians meddled, but they hardly held a gun to anyone's head to force them to vote a certain way - if Clinton supporters stayed home because they thought it was a sure thing, that is on them. It's unlikely a /lack/ of russian interference would've made them turn out to vote. Trump held nearly triple the number of rallies that clinton did in the late stages of the campaign, and he campaigned in 45 of the 50 states. Clinton campaigned in only 37. He quite simply put in more effort to win the election rather than expecting to win as a matter of course. While I'm sure the e-mail investigation hurt her chances, and I know the Russians tried to prop up the Trump campaign, the simple fact is that Trump worked for a win while Clinton expected to inherit one.
