Not at all. Murderer wants to murder; I don't want to be murdered - so logically, the potential victim is the one dictating the laws AGAINST murder.

On the other hand, I want to be armed to protect myself against the murderer; murderer wants to be able to murder me unharmed - so logically, legally disarming me is dictated by the murderer.

So 1) You just made your own point moot and 2) The laws would also help to disarm the murder via simple economics. Cut the supply of the product and the prise rises. For both the Underworld and the overworld. Besides, does your average joe know how to get into the black market. Besides thag these laws would also includ basic checks to make sure the clinically insane and convicted murders get guns

Not at all. The law can't disarm those that don't follow the laws. Laws didn't take illegal drugs off the streets nor did they make them unaffordable for the lowest income class (including average Joes).

The supply is not cut when guns are illegal, what is cut is the demand. With no law-abiding citizens in the market for firearms, criminals are the only target market.

Perhals I should make my position clearer. I Don't support a ban on Guns. It would be hypocritical if me. I support a restriction of Guns. Don't sell Military grade Snipers and Machine guns. Background checks. Mandatory fierarms training.

Such things I support. Besides that demand wouldn't be cut in case of a ban. There is still the US Military to sell guns to. And are you suggesting that Fierarms Companies would purposefully sell their Guns to Criminals? They are not that Bold.
