do u really not understand that even after viability, yes a fetus can pose a risk to the woman (the ectopic pregnancy another commenter mentioned being just one)?

there r real cases when the fetus can harm the mother if she tries to carry the baby to term or deliver the baby. didn't u ever see Steel Magnolias-- having a baby can cause permanent organ damage in a diabetic woman.
