My son works at Google, he was just given a bonus to make up for the gender pay discrepancy.

That's why the wage gap doesn't exist. Companies aren't boys clubs, they want to profit. Women make 77% of what men make ON AVERAGE. That's because men work more ON AVERAGE. Men retire at a later age and don't have to take maternity leaves or anything like that. Women do not make 77 cents to every dollar men make when they work the same hours under the exact same conditions. That's what modern "feminists" Want to believe. They're in denial.
