You can, but we don't. I don't see anybody actually doing anything about the cost of life-saving drugs, but San Fransisco spends $42 million a year on medical care for drug addicts.
IF METHADONE, NEEDLES, AND OTHER DRUG PARAPHERNALIA ARE FREE TO DRUG ADDICTS BECAUSE THEY HAVE A "DISEASE". WHY ARE'NT INSULIN, NEEDLES, AND DIABETIC SUPPLIES FREE FOR THOSE WHO SUFFER FROM DIABETES?
