The reason that blacks and Asians usually vote liberal isnt because they necessarily agree with the values (Asian culture is very conservative, black culture is very Christian), but bet they think that the racism and xenophobia of Republican voters means the party's positions wont help them, even in if reality things like less welfare and lower taxes will.
As far as Democrats having support of the racists in the past, that seems to be a way of denying that pretty much all racists vote Republican. I would say the basket of deplorables, except less than half, maybe an eighth. I dont agree that racism is the huge issue thats keeping minorities down like Dems try to paint it, but dont you think if somebody has an inner hate of blacks and immigrants they would vote Red?
Democrats do judge people by their race (affirmative action, ect.), and anti white racism is what is becoming more mainstream, but leftists racists dont really hate white people like right leaning racists hate coloreds. Most leftists are white.
Just a question because it seems you paint Democrats as a party of racists. If somebody hates blacks, do you think they would vote Blue or Red?
Most conservatives arent racists, but I think it is ridiculous to say Democrats are racists against black people. Their policies may not do the best for blacks but still. Democrats just hate success and superiority.
