When I used to drive in Philadelphia, people would honk at me if I stopped at one of these.

I’d put it in park and pull out my phone for a few minutes

Or if your in my city: Floor it/ There's a yellow?!/ Take out your phone, download an entire eBook, read the entire book, email the author on how much you liked the book.

Green: Go fast
Yellow: Go faster
Red: Check if no one is looking and then go

No one is looking? Or no one is coming?
