You'd be lying - it's 10x that. She pulled 110,318 votes out of a little less than 355,000 total registered voters, 141,122 of which showed up to the polls. That's a super-predictable landslide victory with a 40% turnout (which isn't good at all, but it's a far cry from 4%).
