by stating that democrats don't follow immigration laws, comparing them to criminals who don't follow gun laws

Comparing them to criminals does not mean I don't think they are Americans. I am sure most registered Democrats are Americans.

However, according to 8 USC 18, "any person ...... who connives or conspires with any person or persons to allow, procure, or permit any such alien to enter the United States, shall be fined under title 18, or imprisoned not more than 10 years, or both"
So all these Democrats calling for "Sanctuary cities", or who want open borders, or who want ICE abolished are criminals for conspiring to allow and permit inadmissible aliens to enter or stay in the country.
