If you're interested in discussing politics on imgflip you should try and understand the playing field and the other players. It's a fairly small community. Just look at the upvotes on front page memes to get an idea of the size.

There are a lot of alt accounts designed for nothing but trolling conservatives. If you want to give them something to play with, then have at it.

I actually came here because I was seeing a disturbing amount of people on social media using memes as an actual argument.

I got sick of fighting with them.
so I decided to join them.

I love this site,and met some decent peeps.
but really what I am doing is building an arsenal of memes to combat the ocean of bullshit tropes and outright propaganda.

this site is helping me do that.
and I am learning a LOT for all of you.
I am still a goob,but I learn quickly.
