Everyone who tries to work the legal immigration channels has been saying that it is outdated, and too narrow to fit the number of people who need it.

If more people could access legal immigration, there'd be less illegal immigration out of sheer desperation to get on with their lives.

And the fact that people like you don't support the expansion of legal immigration one hoot is how we know that you don't give a frog's wollop about what's illegal and what isn't - you just don't like immigrants period.

Living in a household with many legal immigrants, I know there is no reason to expand anything. The rules in place are designed to verify who is coming in AND that they do not go on welfare. Expanding immigration because people are here illegally and don’t want to be deported is deplorable. If children were being harmed, because of their parents bad choices—then we should make it an even more serious offense to illegally immigrate with children.

My mother is an immigrant, you ignorant troll. People are not entitled to come here just because they want to. Too narrow to fit the number of people who need it? Tough luck, maybe you should have tried harder to make yourself attractive to the nation you want to move to. We should let in those that will make a positive contribution to our society. The rest are not our problem, they have their own nations that are supposed to take care of them. If they aren't? Fix it yourself instead of running from your problems.
