Oh good, you've found one of our national historic sites, over two centuries old built when the British took it from the french, armeries, barracks, etc, also built overlooking as a strategic base. Not really a functioning wall to keep out immigrants, its full of boulengeries, petiseries, cafes, depaneurs, shopping etc. But hey, thanx for thinking of us.
