It's "framing language" that the media is so fond of using these days.
Example: a headline says "3 killed in alcohol related collision". Still a true headline, even though the only person involved in the collision with alcohol in their system was sleeping it off in the back of the taxi on the way home.

Also the millions that lost insurance when Obamacare went into effect
Obamacancer also has a huge flaw in it. if you are working and you get hurt sick etc and cant work, and you have not met your states min poverty level (17k for PA) you lose your obamacare. wtf, lose your insurance when u need it most.!!
