I posted some of the story below to SydneyB.

I'm tired, sick, and rushing, so it's messy. But that's the gist of it. I didn't study it all, so not all details are there, but still...

I've never personally seen the BIs, but I've seen similar groups in Atlanta. I just ignored them. They were yelling obscenities at all the passerby's, I fully believe they've got the right to feel/believe what they want. However, it should not be allowed to let them harass people and I commend you're efforts to protect the kids.

Thanks.
The girls were giggling, like they thought he was joking, it was so over the top. But I had known what they were about, and haranguing people just for listening to them?

Np, yes. But he told CNN the kids advanced on him, chanted build the wall, made him scared and were attacking him. All lies.
This is what the people CNN 1st reported as '4 young African-Americans preaching the bible LOL:
They told a black schoolkid that he was going to get his organs harvested by the kids, who in turn told him (Students to the black student) that they loved him, called him a n----r numerous times, called the whites 'incest kids' 'child molesting f----ts' 'dirty ass crackers' 'Racist bastards'
Check the two minute video below to see another anti-gay slur and how the students reacted to it:

Watch the WHOLE whole tape, the so-called Black Israelites one BEFORE the elder with the drum went in that direction.
The reason why in the tape you heard that guy was saying, "Here comes daddy, here comes daddy" was that he (a B.I.) was taunting the Native Americans earlier, way before the Covington kids even got to the steps, and not even standing close to it. When the kids got there, the BI came closer and started taunting them. THEN the Native Americans came that way to - in S.E.Cupp's own words - "To diffuse the situation." Banging the drum he passed between the Black Israelites and towards the kids. He was drumming and chanting going through them till the stare down kid stoood in his way and wouldn't move.

Look for the 19:32 min video titled, "What happened with the Covington Catholic/NAthan Phillips situation? (updated with later footage)". It's from SE Cupp's (sorry) CNN show, and unlike the others (I caught 3 or 4) where some guy starts later and keeps pausing the vid and saying what he won't let us hear what is being said as it's being said, you can see and hear it all for yourself.

Some of the kids were dancing around to the beat, some (esp towards the front) were taunting, and when they started doing their school chant, the Natives took that as treatening, not knowing it was their school chant. So a lot of misunderstanding on those 2 sides.

While I was a bit tired seeing this for the nth time and didn't hear every word (I even skipped a chunk of the first part with the BI asswipe yelling at the Indians because he was going on and on), the main instigators were the so-called Black Israelites. Unless they said it again later (and I've seen them in person, they say it all the time), they had called one of the INDIANS "Dirty ass cracker," as they walked away in the first part, trying to sound ghetto hard daring them to come walk their neighnorhood and see what happens to them.

With the 2nd part when the BI were yelling at the school kids, the Native Americans tried to diffuse it, that backfired, then SOME of the Covington kids got disrespectful, and it got stalled and turned uglier.

What's (almost) funny about this whole debate is that the part with the 'Black Israelites' (they claim to be the real Jews, with THE real Jews being merely Russians fakers. Too bad they weren't around to tell that to Hitler) saying crap to the Native Americans is being ignored, and that THEY were the ones cajoling the the other groups.

Pretty damn solid analysis. Minor issues:
The stare down kid said Phillips came right up to him. The kid doesn't have to move for anyone and Philips had ample space to go around.

From what I saw, it looked more like the kids at the front were being irreverent due to confusion at the situation rather than outright mocking. Keep in mind the media made a big deal about him being a veteran when the kids had no way of knowing that.

They may have been trying to defuse the situation but they did a bad job of it (Drumming in a kids face, other buddy telling them to go back to Europe etc) and the lies told by Philips about it afterward on CNN makes me suspicious of Cupps claim.

I totally agree with your view on the BI's though. They were the main instigators. Yet, as usual, MSM is loathe to criticise blacks even lightly... even when throwing around racist and anti-gay slurs.

Phillips was walking through and they parted to let him but as he got to the stare down kid, the kid wouldn't budge and just did that look. Granted, he wasn't required to move, but it was rude and that mug didn't make him a sympathetic character. Phillips responded by standing there, continuing his drumming and chanting.
One younger dude that was with the Native Americans was saying something or talking to a student, I can't make out was he's saying because of the other noise plus the sound on my tablet is way tinny and sucks. One of the other vids pointed him out as saying whatever aggressive stuff.

A couple of the students did a tomahawk sign, some whooped directly at Phillips, most milled about like they weren't sure what's going on or just doing their own thing.

Looking briefly again now, the video is only intersected with short CNN bits, the rest is independent of it. Black Israelites said some anti-gay slurs too, and a ton of other stuff, including how "Europeans brought lices here," yes, "lices." They would almost be (and unintentionally) hilarious if it wasn't for such anger in their tone. That's the same crap they pull on everyone, and they're an embarrassment to themselves.
They're the most annoying group of imbeciles I've ever encountered. First time I saw them was near Times Square close to 20 years ago, a small crowd looking at them. There was this group of 4 touristy types, hs/college aged, and the guy speaking started mocking their blond hair and blue eyes, so I started yelling "What, are you jealous?" Then he started telling them to go back home as in Europe, and I yelled, "They ARE home, why don't you go back if you don't like it?" He didn't acknowledge me but finally stopped, and the gals just laughed as he went on to other gibberish. They had on shiny robes, was a clown show.

"Phillips was walking through and they parted to let him but as he got to the stare down kid, the kid wouldn't budge and just did that look."

Which kind of completely contradicts Philips' story that the kids all deliberately went there to harass him and his friends, that /they/ surrounded /him/, that they mobbed him, made him feel threatened, and wouldn't let him leave. The fact is he walked right up to the kid and got in his face. He could have angled slightly at any point, by just a degree or two, long before he actually got to the kid, and walked straight past him with no problem

Among other lies Philips told: that he was a Vietnam vet, that the kids were chanting "build the wall", and just plain claiming that the kids were the aggressors throughout the whole situation

I watched the video last night, not the play by play interviews and takes on whatever news channels.

Phillips did not select that kid and make a beeline to him from the distance. As stated, they were parting to let him through, and there was the kid staring him down, as was his right - albiet rude. Coincidentally, it was also Phillips's right to do likewise - stand your ground some would call it. Basic standoff.

The kids were chanting something in unison - it was their school chant that no one else knew as that but them. If anyone misinterpreted that, the error is on them but also understandable given the situation, the hats, and the general climate of aggravation exhibited within all three parties, of which the 'Black Israelites' were the main instigators of and without whom none of this would have happened.

The video I posted the link to shows how it began in less than 30 secs, no 12 - 17 minute spiel from a blogger or whomever telling his delightful reinterpretation of what occured with the occasional 5 second clip so he can yell over it, "SEE! SEE! THERE! THAT'S THE GUY WHO SAID ALL THAT IN 5 WHOLE SECONDS YADDA YADDA I'M A YOUTUBE VIRAL SUPERSTAR SO MY WORD IS GOLD!"

Do you also know what the black Israelites were yelling at the boys?

In that clip from Sydneyb he ended his rant with "so stay tf out of my face with that sh**".. which would imply that he was responding to something not shown in the clip (?).. hard to say for sure because it's edited though
