Open the "hidden - low rated" comment!

Everyone replied to the first horrible reply and it's so down-voted it's hiding all the others. :)

We've invested in their educations, taught them the American way, yeah, that would be a really bright idea to now send them to another country where they can do great things.

Yeah mistakes of the past should force mistakes of the future. Illegal is illegal. Go back and come back the right way.

You might win the justice argument but will never win the reality argument thinking that way. What you suggest, ain't happening.

1. It's a meme... a joke. That's all...
2. I actually think we need the wall asap... When your basement is flooding, you stop the leak and then deal with the water. I'd be fine with a level of amnesty in general for all the illegals here. No citizenship, even for anchor babies (as per the Constitution), but a path of some sort. Keep the problem (and it IS a problem) from getting worse and then sort out the stuff here.

Common sense won't work on this one. He's too far gone

I don't have a problem with the wall. I have a problem with Trump using a shutdown to get it. I don't think a wall is going to make much difference when illegals have been at a net zero increase for 10yrs now. Put companies out of business for hiring them, would be an easy way to stop the problem.

Stop it now, you're embarrassing yourself. Folks are crossing that border everyday. Illegals are way over-represented in crime stats compared to their numbers. The ones who are most at risk to be criminals are border-jumpers. Walls work. 0.11% of the budget is a trifling amount. The dems are being retarded about this. Pelosi is going senile or something talking about robot dogs and Schumer is flipping his opinion from a few years ago for no apparent reason other than orange man bad.

Illegals don't over-represent crime stats. That's just not true. Yes, people are crossing the border every day but people are leaving every day and others are being forced out. Obama forced out more than any president before him. We're at net zero, over ten years. That is true.

Trump had all three branches of gov for two years. The time to get it passed was then. Not now. If the Dems cave on this they know Trump will throw a childish hissy whenever he wants something and will get it if the pain is great enough. Don't you see, it's impossible for the Dems to give it to him? They have voters and the freshest mandate to back their position. They can't budge.

JFC.... all of that was just so retarded that I don't know where to start.

Crime stats don't lie.

It's really hard to win arguments with people that are insane. He's probably about to counter you with lies and lies until you're just too tired of correcting him to continue and then he'll declare victory and insult you.

hahah yeah I was halfway through a cogent argument but I can't ever get logic to work on NPCs

You can always post the numbers to back your claims.

Oh, that's right, you didn't because you can't.

Well, the libs are using the shutdown to block the wall too, so plenty of blame to go around.

The Dems did not create the shutdown. The GOP had a budget plan the Dems were willing to sign. This is ALL on Trump.

Incorrect of course. I mean the facts might be, but the conclusion is just liberal spin. All sides need to negotiate and all sides are responsible. Very obvious. And I didn't vote for Trump and will not vote for him in 2020 either, but fair is fair.

And he’s not. But anyone with eyes can see he’s not asking for anything unreasonable and they’re simply being obstructionists.

Donald shut down the government in an effort to force Congress to give him 5 billion dollars for a wall he repeatedly said Mexico would pay for... but the Dems are obstructionists. Ok.

Trump took ownership of the decision to not sign a bad budget that didn't include vital national security funding. Correct.

The democrats have failed and are keeping the shutdown going because they care more about harming the president's image than they do about this country.

That is why the shutdown has lasted so long. Sure Trump was willing to allow it to happen, but the crybabies are keeping it going. All alone.

Trump gave them a good deal over national television. Pelosi had already told Trump no before he even gave the speech. They made up their minds. They're stonewalling.

A temporary 3yr moratorium vs a permanent wall is NOT a good deal. If anything, it was meant to fail. Trump is not standing on the high ground with such bargaining leverage to warrant a ridiculous deal like this.

3 years is plenty of time if the flood stops pouring in. Also, the 5 billion isn't the last time he's going to ask for wall money. There will be more opportunities to negotiate in the future.
1 up, 7y
Flood? We've had a net zero in increase in illegals for 10yrs. New may be coming in but others are being sent home or leaving on their own at the same rate.

5 billion for 250 miles of wall is more than 22 million a mile. A four lane road costs 4 million a mile. The wall numbers are all wrong.

Permanent wall negotiation including DACA, requires permanent DACA negotiations as well. If he's going that route, fine. Let's solve all the problems.
