That incident with the 4 year old is far from the first of that type, too. Among other stories, there's one where a 4 or 5 year old was charged with sexual harassment because he like to give other classmates hugs (and he did that because he was raised in a loving home).

And another story where two children, a boy and a girl whose exact ages I forget, 5 and 6 or 6 and 7, with the girl being a year older. They were caught playing doctor, and the DA of the county they lived in, who was a friend of the girl's mother, went after the boy for sexual assault/rape (because he put his finger in her "hoo-hoo") and wanted to put him on the sex offender registry.
