What make you think this is a binary choice? It is not. I say build the wall to lessen the illegal immigration AND also actively pursue those who overstay their visas? Both areas need to be addressed. And if you think that it is OK to not secure the border, and at the same time think that it is OK to allow people to overstay their visas, you are the biggest part of the problem.
