The shallow end of the gene pool is getting too deep.

Seems like popular culture is a competition to see who can be the stupidest. Examples in point could include. Jackass; cinnamon, tide pod and other challenges; the popularity of 'reality tv' which shows adults behaving like backwards teens...other examples are doubtless to be had.

When my dad told me about all the crazy toys they had in the 70s (wood burning kits, etc.) I thought he was nuts. Now i look at my 5 year old son and think "He's gonna think i'm nuts for having Lawn Darts and a Chemistry set back in the 90s".
