Yes, a biological woman could beat a man in MMA.. but she would have to be reallly lucky, reallly on top of her game, or her opponent would have to be a pretty average fighter (or any combination of those things). I love women and trans women but I just don't think it's fair.. (especially if the woman doesn't know she is fighting someone trans.)
