I have owned over 10 dogs and own just under 20 firearms. No one has died as a result of either. But plenty of wild game has.

Correction: there were ZERO deaths due to firearms, it was the people wielding firearms the deaths were due to.

Again with the words in my mouth or at least the implications. What I understand is there are vastly more deaths and then some due to guns than there are due to dogs. And speaking of volition more people kill more people than dogs by a long shot... All pun intended.

Again, guns don't kill anyone without another entity's volition. They don't even move. It's like blaming a spray can for graffiti.

Guns don't kill people by themselves, but angry men with guns sure do tell the truth. ; ^ )
