Apparently, when you and the other guy flagged me, a mod was online and responded to the flag by giving me a temporary inability to leave memes in comments. My time between comments had also been increased to over 5 mins. When i tried to leave a meme in a comment it gave me a message that said something along the lines of 'you can't leave memes in comments right now, raise your reputation so you can again'.
