One would hope that Chief Justice Roberts was correct. However, if you look at the decisions handed down by the 9th Circuit, you have to wonder. The 9th has more rulings appealed than any other court. Of those that are appealed, 90% are overturned or vacated, also the highest number of any court. When you have a court that is found wrong so many times, you have to wonder if they even know the law.
