I had a buddy that was beat to death in Chester PA approx 25 yrs ago. He was robbed and beaten 7vs 1 and all of the 7 had a laundry list of priors. Of the 7 charged with he crime, 5 didn't do any time and the 2 that did got less than 3 yrs in jail. they had longer sentences but were released. They killed again about 2 yrs later they "curbbed " a guy and through his semi dead body onto rt 1 from an overpass in front of a speeding mac truck.
