This Asian man in my neighbourhood didn't know what Halloween was, so he gave us best jerky. I mean he was sweet and I friggin love beef jerky, so I couldn't complain.

EXACTLY. I wanted to screech at her. She also didn't allow her poor daughter to have gluten, dairy, eggs, meat, chocolate, and peanuts. Once, she letter her have wholegrain chicken nuggets *shudders* but still.
