No joke, I made up an evolution for the pokemon Eevee in my 10th grade year. I called it Verehenta or something similar, and the special thing about it was that it bonded closed with the trainer better or something... can't remember now. It was a normal type, abnormal of Eevee evolutions.. I guess I made it up for my love of normal types.

Eevee just sucks
Even with a fairy eeveelution and actually some decent stats, the best it could go is UU. The fact that like 3 base stats are in the sixties make it super unviable in the OU metagame. Hell, most of the eeveelutions are in the complete lower tiers, like NU. Baton Pass got completely yoted by Smogon, so it's most viable set got taken away from it. And every single eeveelution, except maybe Sylveon, gets completely outclassed by some other mon. It's a jack-of-all-trades / master-of-none sort of mon, and its movepoll just sucks.It's a darn shame too, cause I actually like the eeveelutions.

Same.. I like the Eeveelutions as well..
Fortunately, when I go on Pokemon Showdown, I go on UU most of the time, which is where Eeveelutions can actually be used competitively.

Sylveon is basically just a faster, weaker version of Primarina, but Primarina has better offensive coverage with its water typing. Got worse now that Zeraora dropped down, but its whatever.
