Very nice. I think people say that a lot without actually understanding

If Jesus hadn't been nice and mild-mannered all the time, then He wouldn't have been sinless

If you don't believe the Bible was infallible

Your belief, which is the reason that you don't think that Christ was sinless

It depends on interpretation. Much of the Bible isn't literal, but heavily relies on philosophy and morals.

Like all of it?

Are the laws supposed to be taken symbolically and not also literally?

Well, they were desecrating His Father's house. A good reminder that being respectful doesn't mean being timid.

You right now. Image mostly related

They never said anything about refugees, they're just making a statement about Donald Trump, a man who is far from innocent.

The last two paragraphs are related to him, which is why I said "mostly related" and why I chose it. It's weird to see atheist liberals/conservatives try to use Christ as their political prop against Christian liberals/conservatives, but it's also disingenuous

They use lines out of the Bible because conservatives seem to believe that more readily than anything else.

But it's still disingenuous

You're right about it being disingenuous. It's also disingenuous when (and I'm not saying that this applies to you, because it may not) conservatives make up their own "scientific evidence" to prove that climate change is a "Chinese fraud", as God Emperor Trump believes.

Why bring that up on a conversation about using the Bible as a means of political gain? Sure that's disingenuous, but that's also not what we're talking about. Didn't "le current year" guy write a segment about "whatabout-ism"?

Eh, I just thought it applied since it's kinda the same thing, you know? I mean, conservatives believe the Bible, but they realize that not everyone does, and they still want to get those people on their side. Kind of the same thing that Atheists do when they quote from the Bible, only they don't always do it correctly, like how "evidence" that climate change is a myth isn't correct. I was wondering what would happen to the conversation if I had switched the topic.

Yeah sure lol, we can switch the topic
Really, everyone tries to misconstrue others beliefs to get them on their side. Going historical, Nietzsche's philosophy was horribly misconstrued by the Nazis. Many people say that Marx's philosophy was misconstrued by the communists. Philosophy (Imho, philosophy is the backbone of religion) can be misconstrued by its believers to reel in unwarranted support

Somebody misinterpreted what they saw. Anger comes from inferiority, lack of a grasp on truth, feeling powerless.. Divine beings don't get angry or seek revenge. Losing your temper is inadequacy, not strength.

Jesus wasn't really God, he was a Jewish rabbi who preached about loving thy neighbor and loving and fearing God more than the government. The Roman government didn't like these ideas, so they crucified him.

In other words, it is still entirely possible for him to get angry once in a while. Also, your statement about it being impossible for God to get angry is false because there are many times in the Bible where He becomes angry.

Angry.. according to whom? Men wrote the whole thing. As to whether it was ALL PERFECTLY divinely inspired or not.. certainly some parts are not.

Demonstrably never happened. NO global flood. NO matched pair proof in the DNA. & a gozillion other solid objective reasoned facts which say NO to Noah. Man wrote it and projected his inferior concept of an angry vengeful deity into the Old Testament in many places. Doesn't make a magical sky daddy exist or not exist. Only reflects on the author.. man.

I'm gonna be honest here: I never really liked Donald Trump, but please keep in mind that this is a joke and that I DO NOT REALLY MEAN IT!
