Well, his incident was in the 90's and if we are going to apply today's standards to stuff in the past, then yes, we bring it up. The difference is, Cory ADMITS it. Kavanaugh does not.

I think they are pointing out Democrat's Hypocrisy, they didn't have to go all the way back to Ted Kennedy , There have been many more examples in the past few yrs.

TM is a hypocrite for sure, But as a Former Democrat and Current Ind, I find the DNC worse. Trump=bad for pardoning sheriff Joe,who was technically doing his job, questionable tactics at the very least. But Clinton pardons Melvin Reynolds, a child molester who went on to do underage porn in Zimbabwe 6 yrs later and not a peep. He also pardoned The Key witness vs Himself on the last day wtf. They all suck but the Dems get away with it more.
