Jack Daniels is gross. Bourbon is made in Kentucky, not Tennessee.

I have a kegerator set for Guinness so that's my go to, but wouldn't mind this set up for bourbon or rum. I don't see a way to control the mix ratio though, except by eyeballing it.

You use these valves to adjust the flow thereby adjusting the mix ratio.
