His 2013 season in the NFL was not too shabby from what I recall.

? I think you're missing my point.. the people trying to discredit or otherwise smear Kaepernick seem to be saying:
1. He didn't sacrifice anything
2. He is now a show salesman ( ala Al Bundy)
I don't believe either of them I was simply trying to use their own arguments against them.
