Probably, yeah. There's a lot of poorly translated English in Japan.

Ive replaced the guidelines to my forum with this picture.

I lived in Japan for four years back in the early 90s. While walking home one night, I passed by a store that had a handwritten sign on the door that read, "Video Lental". I had to go in and explain the correct spelling. They appreciated it.
