I usually set the oven to 400°, line a baking sheet with parchment and cook it for 8-10 minutes on each side. This is also a massive time save if you need to cook a quantity of bacon. If you use a cast iron for this you need to cut the temperature down to 180° since the cast iron pan gets crazy hot.

Parchment on foil. If a little grease gets through you just give a little wipe and you're good to go again. Mmmm bacon.

Good idea. I usually make a shallow origami "pan" with the parchment. It usually keeps the grease from seeping over the sides, but sometimes the grease does seem to go right through the paper.

Bacon is so thin that I think as long as it isn't pink it should be ok?
