The Garden of eden story was borrowed from the Sumerians, who themselves borrowed it from the Egyptians. The two besties who fueded over whether their pet apes should partake of the fruit from whence the GodS recieved the gift of wisdom? Both were GodS in those versions.

The Egyptians borrowed the story from the originators, the worshippers of Satan. In their version - THE first and thus true version - just like in the Bible, Satan was the good God, the jealous narcissistic spiteful wrathful other God? Not so nice - as depicted throughout the rest of the scriptures.

Questioning things for contradictions yeilds the superior grasp as compared to open acceptance of them as absolute.

Atheists misquote Scripture because they have no idea what they are talking about. Christians quote Scripture because they know what it means because they have studied it

Atheists do not misquote scripture, defies the point of analyzing it and displaying the issues they have with it.

Christians, following the lead of Saul/Paul and later Constantine and the Council of Nicea, routinely ignore, misquote, and distort scripture, corrupting it as Revelations said those following the Son of the Jackel seated in Rome, who will steal the word of the Chosen and call it their own, corrupting it beyond recognition would.

You are very wrong, Christians who study the Bible do not misquote Scripture.

They do all the time, ignoring vast swaths of what doesn't fit their corruption of it, and not even attempting to live in accordance to what little they pretend to acknowledge.
