I detect sarcasm. So you think banks want to help people? Care to elaborate?

Oh my.... what an... interesting answer.

Try being more specific.
1. Who are the largest shareholders? There are individuals that can be said to 'own' the banks. Who are they?

2. Try again. Give a few giant examples.

3. Bingo!

4. Sort of, but a better future for who and at what expense? Who are these people in the US?

The stock of the major banks are traded everyday on the stock exchange. There are literally millions of owners including mutual funds and public pensions. Profit is not a dirty word. This website is operated for the profit of it’s owners like any other business.

Sigh... I even told you there are individuals.

Profit is not a bad word, I completely agree. How do American banks make profit?

Here's some Kindergarten level truth. At least it's entertaining. It's what got my foot in the door. The rabbit hole is a lot deeper than just this, btw. Get comfy:

Too good for a cartoon?

Here, try this. It's not nearly as entertaining but it brushes over some good points. Personally I'd say you should watch the cartoon, but this'll do. Try not to fall asleep.

The devil is in the detail.
Don't worry, failure only costs us the soul of the US.

What is the Federal Reserve's primary function and what does it have the power to create by command?

Who owns the Federal Reserve?

Who are the biggest holders?

Haha, no I'm not trying to make you antisemitic. It's true, a lot of people that start digging for the truth lose themselves and start hollering 'illuminati' and 'The Jews done it', but that's not what I'm getting at.

I know I've got a lot to learn but at least I've got a foothold on the big picture.

I'm trying to get people to see who the dangers in our own country are and the motives behind their actions. If most people believe the banks are bad 'cartels', wouldn't they want to elect leaders to keep them in check?

Unless people understand who the banks really are, what their objectives are, how they intend to enact their goals, and who they are using to execute their goals they will continue to allow themselves to be taken advantage of and be driven to their own downfalls. The Fed is pulling the strings on one side of our political system. I can scream out who the bad guys are but nobody will listen. They have to figure it out for themselves, which is what I'm pushing you to do.

I can dig that. The answer lies within.

Go to the Federal Reserve’s website. You will find your answers there. You will become more knowledgeable about the banking system by opening a textbook, than you will from YouTube conspiracy cartoons. Good luck.

A YouTube cartoon was my first glimpse into reality, yes. It's been a long time since then and I've done a lot of research. I link that one to people that look like they might like to know more because I find it to be an easy watch compared to other videos. God knows it's much more pleasant than actual research.

I've been to the website. I've done plenty of homework. It's not like it's going to tell you the truth when it's got plenty to hide... that's just basic intelligence right there.

You said banks are cartels, now you're defending them using their own propaganda. Jesus, guy. Wake up! Maybe try watching the "conspiracy theory" before you criticize it.

What do you know about the TPP?

Where does money come from?

Don't you think it's a little strange that the banks that loan money to businesses end up owning them, especially after you've learned where money comes from?

I just realized you're not beaver, my mistake! You got me confused by replying over here.

The points still stand. You should watch the cartoon, and you shouldn't trust the Feds website.

Grind, I am a CPA with an MBA in international finance. I have business degrees from more than one country. I used to teach finance at the Masters level. I have heard all of the conspiracy theories and simply, they are wrong. All of the profit that the Fed makes each year is turned over to the US Treasury. If you want to believe otherwise...go ahead.

"All of the profit that the Fed makes each year is turned over to the US Treasury."

That's irrelevant. That's not why or how the Fed is killing our country or how banks are using it to profit.

It creates money out of thin air, lends it to banks so they can give loans to businesses, then those banks turn around and use the money they can summon on demand to become major shareholders of those same businesses. It's theft. The banks are the major shareholders of all but 10 or so Fortune 500 companies.

Do you really think it's okay to give someone infinite funds and allow them to purchase whatever they want?

Since you're so well educated you are either deliberately playing dumb or you're not as educated as you think. Did you even watch one of those videos? As an educated person you might find some enjoyment and perhaps you could educate me on some of the flaws of their "conspiracy theories".

"It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution before tomorrow morning."- Henry Ford
