You never know if someone who really needs it may see it.

Suppose you're a shrink & a guy says he's a child killer. He keeps brinking you kids thumbs then flushing em down the toilet before the cops see em. Do you advise suicide or keep prescribing his antidepressants so he's happy when he kills? The question being is there ANYTHING off limits in such a situation?

You should ask your shrink about that.

My shrink & my conscience says I can do ANYTHING I need to do in that scenario, including laying hands on the guy myself to introduce him to Uncle Dirt Nap. It's probably not recommended, a bit counter productive, but waking ppl up from entitlement requires drastic measures.
