Lol. Seen it happen.

I once had a coworker at a country club get fired because they found him sleeping in the shelves behind all the tablecloths in the linen closet. He'd been doing it every shift for months, no one ever figured out where he went until the manager went to get extra tablecloths and "unearthed" him.

Lol. You run into all kinds of people. We have one that spends about 4 or 5 hours a day in the bathroom. He won't make it much longer.

Usually an obvious sign they don't have enough to keep them busy or they're really not interested in the work. Too many people chase $$$ instead of jobs they'll at least somewhat enjoy doing.

Plenty busy. Sometimes it's hard to find people who can pass a drug test. Lol. Sometimes you take someone because you need bodies. This guy is good at his job. Just doesn't do much.

Could be that simple.
