"...actual valid source to the contents of such a bill..."
This usually means, "I'm going to judge what the source you supply says about the contents of the bill based on my political/moral biases, if I even read what that source has to say."
It is called the Keep Families Together Act. Every Democrat has co-sponsored it, no Republicans have.
If I give you centrist/moderate or right of center news sources who will point out the negative aspects and consequences of the bill, depending on your political biases you my say something like, "Those are right wing sources, how can I trust that!?"
If you are so inclined, you can do the intellectually honest thing and take the name of the bill and find various sources to explain the contents of the bill.
I would suggest reading multiple sources and not being like the average person on the internet and staying in a political/social/moral bubble and comfort zone and only listening to or reading sources that only talk about either the beneficial or negative consequences of proposed legislation.
